The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which had                                
been held in third reading from the May 7, 2001, calendar (page                                     
1638), would be moved to the bottom of the calendar:

      "An Act making and amending appropriations and                                                
      reappropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c),

      reserve fund; and providing for an effective date."
